1. Our role

My Taxi Base is software for licensed taxi and private-hire operators. We do not provide transport, employ drivers, or act as the operator of record for passenger journeys. Operators remain responsible for licences, insurance, passenger safety, and local transport law.

2. Acceptable use

Accounts must not be used for fraud, unlawful transport, harassment, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or plan limits. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse as set out in our Terms of Service.

3. Reporting concerns

Report security issues, abuse, or safety concerns relating to the Platform itself through our Security page or support email. Passenger incidents on a live journey should be reported to the operating company and, where appropriate, the police or licensing authority.
