1. How we protect the Platform

My Taxi Base applies administrative and technical controls designed to protect tenant and customer data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) in transit
• Tenant isolation and role-based access in the dashboard
• Password hashing, optional two-factor authentication, and session controls
• Monitoring, rate limiting, and bot protection on public endpoints where configured

2. Your responsibilities

Keep admin credentials confidential, enable 2FA where offered, and revoke access for staff who leave. Operators are responsible for how they use exported customer data and connected payment accounts.

3. Report a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@mytaxibase.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and fix.
