Email Policy

1. What we send

My Taxi Base sends transactional email needed to operate the service, for example:

• Account verification, password reset, and security alerts
• Billing and platform-balance receipts
• Booking confirmations and service notifications triggered by your operators or customers
• Product notices about material Terms or Privacy updates where appropriate

2. What we do not do

We do not operate a marketing email list for tenants' end customers. Operators who export customer lists and send promotional email using other tools are responsible for UK GDPR and PECR compliance.

3. Opting out

Transactional messages cannot always be turned off while you use the service. For marketing you did not expect from us, contact support@mytaxibase.com.
