1. Platform (operator) accounts

If you are a taxi or private-hire business using My Taxi Base, email support@mytaxibase.com from your admin account and ask us to close your tenant. We will confirm identity, settle any outstanding balance, and delete or anonymise account data subject to legal retention (for example billing and security logs).

2. End-customer booking accounts

If you booked a ride through a company's booking page or passenger app, that company is the data controller for your booking relationship. Contact them first to delete your customer account. We will assist the operator where our processing agreement requires.

3. Driver app accounts

Drivers should ask their operator (the tenant) to deactivate or remove their driver profile. The operator controls employment and compliance records held in the Platform.
